Baptist Healthplex Anderson (Baptist Memorial Health Care / Anderson Regional Health System) is the area's only medically integrated health club in the Meridian MS region. Offers 50+ group exercise classes weekly including pickleball. Home of Forge Functional Fitness and Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's (Tu/Th 1-2pm). Cardio and strength equipment, personal training, locker rooms.
