Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance (72 hours for corporate and special events) or the full cost of the activity is charged.

Pickleball courts are open 7am to 5pm. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (855) 453-4858. Shoes with light-colored soles are required to protect the court surface.

The Greenbrier has 20 on-site restaurants and bars, including the steakhouse Prime 44 West, the Italian spot The Forum, the casino-floor restaurant In-Fusion, and the historic Main Dining Room. Casual options include Draper's Cafe, The Pizza Shoppe, and The Greenbrier Gourmet and Coffee Bar. Bars and lounges include 42 Below, Cafe Carleton, the Lobby Bar, Twelve Oaks, and JJ's Sports Lounge. Several venues, including Sam Snead's, Slammin' Sammy's, Tree Tops Cafe, and Springhouse Smoothies, are seasonal.
