Monthly Review Giveaway: Official Rules

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by CourtSource LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us”), 3423 Clementine Court, Unit 3423, Sarasota, FL 34240.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CourtSource LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Each monthly Giveaway runs from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of a calendar month through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that month (the “Entry Period”). The drawing takes place within 7 business days after the Entry Period closes.

During the Entry Period, submit a review of a venue listed on CourtSource.us using the review form on that venue's page. A review submitted through that form with a valid email address is one entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary.

Limit: one entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of how many reviews you submit.

Genuine reviews only: you must have visited the venue, and the review must describe your own experience, whether positive or negative. Entry does not depend on the rating or opinion you give. Reviews that are fabricated, duplicated, written by or for the venue, or that break our review guidelines are disqualified from the Giveaway.

One winner per Entry Period is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received in that Entry Period. The drawing is run by Sponsor. The winner is notified at the email address given with the entry within 7 days of the drawing.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

One (1) $50 Amazon gift card per Entry Period. Approximate retail value: $50. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway.

The winner must reply within 14 days of notification or forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may then draw an alternate winner. Where the law allows, the winner may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing before the prize is sent. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

Reviews submitted for this Giveaway are incentivized: the reviewer is entered into a drawing for a prize. We disclose that here so readers know, and every review submitted while the Giveaway runs carries a note on the review itself: “Submitted during CourtSource's monthly review giveaway.” We do not ask for, and do not reward, positive reviews: the rating and text are the reviewer's own.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the Giveaway or these rules if fraud, technical failure or anything else outside its control affects the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters about the Giveaway.

To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from entering the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, consistent with our Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
