About This Facility
BOOTSTRAP STORY: literally built in owners' warehouse with friends in 300+ man-hours Single court but extended hours (14/day) maximize utilization Public access without membership is differentiator vs Springs Pickleball and Peak Pickleball Outdoor surface indoors differentiates from gym-floor community center pickleball Hosted APP Tour professional events per CourtSource listing - punches above weight for a 1-court facility Distinct from larger 'Springs Pickleball' (19 courts) - name confusion likely; CSV name with 'INDOOR COURT (AKA: THE WAREHOUSE)' suffix matches this facility
