Robert M. Krughoff Pickleball Center Pickleball Courts

The Robert M. Krughoff Pickleball Center has five dedicated outdoor pickleball courts with semi-permanent nets on Virginia Avenue SE, just south of Garfield Park on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The center provides open free play on dedicated courts, and a storage bin is provided for additional equipment. Capitol Hill players began playing pickleball on this former dead-end roadway in July 2018, and Robert Krughoff and Margaret Crenshaw were the driving force behind developing the courts.
