St. Pete Athletic - Paddle & Social Pickleball Courts

St. Pete Athletic is the top-rated pickleball club in the United States. It combines old Florida charm, modern features, and an attention to detail that sets it apart from the rest. Unlike many of the warehouse conversion pickleball and padel clubs, the St. Pete Athletic has high quality and well-designed pickleball and padel courts, an outstanding restaurant and bar, an amazing lounge, a sauna, a locker room, a beautiful Pro Shop, and high-quality service delivery. Opened December 2025 in the Warehouse Arts District at The Factory (50,000 sq ft), the club features 16 indoor courts and a Soho House-inspired social model at $300/mo. for an individual membership. Amenities include 3 bars, sauna, gym, a private call booth, a private member area, and coworking space. Co-founded by Reuben Pressman, Graham D'Amico (MLP Florida Smash ownership), Nathan Stonecipher (Green Bench Brewing), and Jarrett Sabatini (Intermezzo/Bar Mezzo). The St. Pete Athletic, Paddle & Social, is the only facility in Florida with pickleball, padel, and table tennis under one roof.
