St. Pete Athletic - Paddle & Social is the only facility in Florida with pickleball, padel, and table tennis under one roof. Opened December 2025 in the Warehouse Arts District at The Factory (50,000 sq ft), the club features 16 indoor courts and a Soho House-inspired social model with an 800-member cap at $250/mo. Amenities include 3 bars, sauna, cold plunge, gym, and coworking space. Co-founded by Graham D'Amico (MLP Florida Smash ownership), Nathan Stonecipher (Green Bench Brewing), and Jarrett Sabatini (Intermezzo/Bar Mezzo).
