Trager Family Jewish Community Center (JCC Louisville) opened in 2022 as a new $43 million, 107,000 sqft facility (replacing the former 1955 JCC). Named for the Trager family, including Steve Trager of Republic Bancorp. Jewish Community of Louisville traces to YMHA founded in 1890. Features 3 indoor + 3 outdoor PB courts; full-sized basketball court separates into PB. Indoor aquatics: 6-lane 25-yard competition pool, recreation pool with lazy river, slide, vortex, hot tub. Free Thursday lessons 8:30-9:30am. Uses "The Bucket System" for player rotation.
