The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen Pickleball Courts

The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen is a 65,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor sports and entertainment complex in Cornelius, NC, founded by Jack and Robin Salzman. Play across 10 climate-controlled indoor courts and 6 outdoor courts, then unwind with a 100+ seat restaurant, a café, and a full bar. The complex also houses a Topgolf Swing Suite for golf simulator play between matches. Regular programming includes coached beginner open play, Wednesday Music Bingo, Thursday live music, and a Sunday Jazz Brunch. The kitchen runs a full menu across breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily — think buttermilk pancakes and shrimp and grits to start the day, then Full Court Wings and Pickle Dilly Crisps, short rib mac and cheese, a 6oz filet mignon, short rib risotto, and cajun shrimp fettuccine on the lunch and dinner side. The bar leans into the theme with pickleball-named cocktails like the Courtside Crush, the Golden Paddle, the Match Point Margarita, and the Dirty Dinker, alongside local drafts including 760 Craftworks' Lake Norman Lager and NoDa's Hop Drop'n Roll.
