Hope Valley Resort (family-owned gated community in Willamette Valley, broke ground 2015) features outdoor pickleball and tennis courts. Community lodge with exercise facility, covered hot tub, pool, basketball. Walking trails, dog park, community garden, small stocked fishing lake. Owner-occupied park model homes ~$150K with leased sites. At foot of Hope Valley Butte; affiliated with Thousand Trails.
