NEW IN 2024 — Tysons Corner's first dedicated indoor pickleball facility Located near Spring Hill Metro = Metro-accessible (rare for indoor pickleball) Tagline: 'World-class indoor pickleball in the heart of Northern Virginia' Strong rate differential between member ($10/2hr) and non-member ($20/2hr) drives membership conversion Up to 5 players per court reservation (vs typical 4) — friendlier to family/large groups 20-foot ceilings + upward LED lighting is a premium architecture choice (most facilities use downward lighting)
